Questions we get asked
How often does the map update?
While a vehicle is moving it reports at least every minute, and more often on bends and when it changes speed, so routes follow the road. Parked vehicles check in hourly. Alerts such as towing or a crash are sent immediately.
Do I need to fit the trackers myself?
Plug-in trackers go into the diagnostic port under the dashboard in seconds, with no tools. Hard-wired trackers are fitted for you and hidden behind the dash.
Can my drivers see where the other vans are?
No. Drivers use their own app and see only their own shifts, checks and trips. The fleet view is for you and anyone you invite.
What about personal use of the vehicle?
Trips can be marked private, and private trips are kept out of the business mileage log. Let your drivers know their vehicles are tracked, and why.
Where is my data kept?
On servers in London. Each company sees only its own vehicles and data, and you can download your reports at any time.
Does it work with my accounts or payroll software?
Reports download as spreadsheets and can be emailed every week. There is also an API for connecting other systems.
